BAA Event

Competition is only for BAA clubs.

Competition events include Randori-no-Kata, Kakarigeiko, Ninn dori, Open Kata, and Cadet individual Tanto Randori.

Closing date for entries is 22nd November 2024.

The referee and judging course has been cancelled.

It will be rescheduled for later in the year.

The course will cover the BAA criteria for a kyu grading, what is being tested and how to maximize the chances of success at gradings.

The 2025 BAA National Championships, is only open to BAA members.

This is multi-day course will be held at the Thanet Judokwai Aikido (Margate) and Shogun Martial Arts School (Herne Bay)

Three day Junior, Youth and Adult Aikido school, hosted by Ichiban Dojo, Leeds.

Sessions on Aikido for Embu for Competition, Ninin Dori and freeplay; Koryu Dai Ni; Weapons work including Bokken, Yari, Jo and Tanto.
Sunday - Kyu & National Dan Grading (up to 6th Dan)
