BAA Event

This is a BAA Kyu and Dan Grading up to 3rd Dan.

Prospective candidates should pre-register with Paul Holding by 1st November 2024.

Competition is only for BAA clubs.

Competition events include Randori-no-Kata, Kakarigeiko, Ninn dori, Open Kata, and Cadet individual Tanto Randori.

Closing date for entries is 22nd November 2024.

Course covering Tanto Randori Regulations and Signals. Junior, Youth and Cadet Judging Criteria.

Open to judges, referees and competitors.

The course will cover the BAA criteria for a kyu grading, what is being tested and how to maximize the chances of success at gradings.

The 2025 BAA National Championships, is only open to BAA members.

3 day Aikido school at Ichiban in Leeds. Further details to be provided by the BAA.

This is a national Dan grading up to and including 6th Dan.

Includes both Kyu grading and Dan grading.

Course starts 10am Grading at 2pm.
